Your buyers decide what they think of you before they ever talk to you.
… And they decide it by what they see.
Pack builds the visual proof that does the convincing while you're not in the room — photo and video across your whole portfolio, by a team that understands your business.
By the time a prospect fills out a form, the shortlist already exists. They built it during research by checking your site, YouTube, LinkedIn, and a peer's DM, weeks before anyone in sales made contact.
94% of B2B buyers already have a preferred vendor before they ever speak to sales.
6sense, 2025
That's the most important sales conversation your company has, and no one from your team is there. What's standing in for you is whatever they can find: your case studies, your product, and the way it all looks together.
So look at what they find. Three customer stories, and the two best ones are for a product you’ve stopped leading with. Products that are still basically branded from pre-acquisition. This isn't just about content, it's the floor where the deal is actually won or lost, and it's mostly empty.
So why doesn't every company already do this?
Because doing it well means becoming a vendor manager. Find a crew, brief them from zero, go through extensive revisions, then do it again in five months with a different crew who's never heard of you. The strategy stays your problem, and the coordination becomes your job.
Pack works as an extension of your marketing department, not a supplier to it. We know B2B tech (the buying cycle, the champion selling you internally, the difference between a product at launch and one defending its installed base). Video and imagery, across product lines, across the year. When the same group works with you consistently, you only have to brief us once. And we’ll arrive with a point of view. Most production companies wait to be told what to make; we'll advise you what to make and why, then go make it.
Almost every relationship we have begins the same way, so it's what we recommend: one concentrated engagement that gets us your customers' actual words and a year of proof content. It's called the Customer Proof Intensive.
The Customer Proof Intensive
A concentrated on-location engagement built around your annual user summit
Once a year, your best customers get on planes and sit in one room, your annual event. Then they fly home, and that's it for another year. You know the alternative, because you've lived it - individual scheduling, unwilling customers, and difficult legal teams.
Our team will travel to your event, capturing a set of visual content meant to jumpstart your customer proof. It’s a proven combination meant to efficiently provide your team with assets to command attention when potential buyers are researching your brand. Most companies spend a year trying to produce what we capture in two days.
included in The proof intensive:
12 Customer story videos – 60-90 seconds, fully produced
Asset library - organized and managed by us for 12 months
Customer Voice Brief - messaging research from 12 firsthand conversations
36 Vertical social cutdowns - three per interview, built for feed
Event promo video - for next year’s registration push
$45,000. Travel included, all-in.
Optional: Event photography, quoted separately
The Production Session:
Two days, twelve customers, twenty-five minutes each. They're already there and they already like you, and it costs them a coffee break instead of a week. Twelve customer conversations, fully produced, delivered as a system to feed everything that comes next.
the visual asset library:
A fully-capable digital asset management system. Sharepoint, Confluence, Egnyte, etc - whichever your organization uses - they’re all great for documents but clumsy for visuals. Finding the photo or video clip you need is a journey.
This digital asset management system fixes that problem. Collections & folders, AI-powered image and video searches, team permissions, and more. It’s not just for us to organize the fifty-odd deliverables here. This is the same system we use for multi-year partnerships with thousands of photo and video files, included here for twelve months.
The customer voice brief:
We leave site with hours of footage of your customers describing your product in their own words. What their life looked like before you, what changed, what almost stopped them from buying.
Then, we synthesize it. How are they describing your brand? What outcome do they lead with? What objection came repeatedly that isn’t on your radar? This messaging & research audit is included in the engagement. A research firm would charge $5,000+ just for this.
As far as we know, we’re the only ones delivering this combination of services designed just for B2B tech. If even just one story can unstick a deal worth $50k+ annually, if justifies the whole thing.
This isn’t your basic video production company.
The only reason we typically start with an event (and what led The Customer Proof Intensive to exist in the first place), is that to make an impact your team will actually feel, we need to jumpstart your brand collateral with a large set of deliverables, captured in a very efficient way. We could create a one-off customer story, but then everyone is looking to that for tangible results, and it’s unrealistic to expect that of one piece in isolation.
The Customer Proof Intensive ends up being step one into equipping the brand with higher-quality visuals overall. The minute sales walks into an enterprise conversation, and the deal is already basically won because of how strong your brand presence is, that’s when we see top-to-bottom buy-in. It’s quite rare for us to only be involved in a single project over time.
So, what can I actually expect from this?
1. Control the narrative when decisions are being made
At your prospect, there is going to be an individual who wants your solution (our ‘champion’) to make their life better. Then, they have to go into a group decision with the CFO, a skeptical peer, and all the rest and try to make a case for you when you’re not there, armed with just a slide deck. The customer story videos immediately allow you to cherry-pick the most similar case and send it into the room, so you can start to control the narrative and way you’re being presented in group decisions.
2. Become amazingly research-friendly
Back to our point from the very top - 94% of B2B buyers already have a preferred vendor before they ever speak to sales. It’s critical to be equipped for today’s research-forward buyers. We’ll create stories / mini case studies that can roll up under the overall brand as well as individual product spotlights. When in-depth research is occurring, there’s a convincing peer voice helping guide them to your brand.
3. your portfolio starts to look like one company
Six pieces of content by six vendors look like six companies wearing the same logo. As B2B consolidates, that incohesiveness is a real cost — buyers aren't choosing a product anymore, they're choosing you and your reputation. With our team, we bring consistency to your asset library, to give your brand structure and scalability.
4. People actually use it
When a team is proud of how they look, they reach for the work. Sales works it into deals, employees share it on LinkedIn without having to ask, and it ends up in the board deck. That internal pull is what turns your next content investment from a fight to an easy yes.
customer story Samples:
The Format
• Filming in a conference room adjacent to the event, staged to look presentable
• Multi-camera interview capture
• Editing with supporting material: your past available footage, screen recordings of your software, and clips from our stock library
• Easily-approachable 60-90 sec runtime
Our Workflow
We’re a small, specialized team. 90% of what we do day-to-day is repeat work for our current partners and customers, and we’re not just going to expand for growth’s sake - the specialized part is the reason we have so much success in what we do here.
We love building new relationships, but each year we can only take on 6 new Customer Proof Intensive relationships. This is not just for marketing; it’s a constraint of growing our team in a manner where every team member can speak knowledgeably to you about what works for B2B tech, in an industry where that’s not the norm. Only to say, if you’re interested in a proof intensive production, let’s chat sooner than later.

Book your date
If your event date is set, you can book right now. A $2,500 deposit reserves your date.
This deposit is refundable in full until you sign. If the agreement doesn't work for legal, we’ll send it back, no conditions. This holds your date officially on the production schedule.
The agreement will follow within one business day, and the terms are straightforward: $45,000 total, 50% due at signing with your deposit credited against it, 25% invoiced on production, and the remaining 25% balance on delivery. Travel included, no other surprises.
If procurement needs the agreement first, that's normal, just reach out to let us know and we’ll go from there.
Deposit payment to reserve your event date for the Customer Proof Intensive. Refundable if there are any issues with formal sign-off. Upon agreement signing, 50% of the total ($22,500) will be invoiced, and this deposit will be credited to that initial payment. 25% will be invoiced upon production, and the remaining 25% on final delivery. The full amount of agreement is $45,000 USD.
Make this year count
doing nothing isn’t an option
What we mean is, you can do nothing, but that doesn’t stop the pattern of customer buying behavior. Your buyers are doing research on their own, forming opinions, and making decisions whether or not you’ve provided something to find. And the place they do find it, may very well be where they take their business.
You Have the opportunity
If your company is how we think it is, no one is saying “let’s just coast this year.” You have the perfect setup already – Your best customers, in one room, once a year, saying things about you that no campaign could manufacture. Two days turns that into a year of proof, a messaging document your team will actually use, and a library your sales floor can pull from, while everyone else is still scheduling their first interview.
